Fair Trade Fortnight took place from 23rd February to 8th March in 2009. As a mark of our commitment to justice as a Fair Trade church we took part in the Going Bananas initiative and got ourselves on the map in the process! Taking part involved eating a Fair trade banana at any time between noon on the 5th March to noon on the 6th and 27 signed up for the challenge. In the end we had a good number as can be seen below;
